Move, no, but you can definitely resize it. Clicking one of the group headings will show a scrollable list for the items it contains.
Ok thanks. I haven't received any reports in the last couple of days so manual would be appreciated. Something could be broken with the reporting mechanism.

Hi Ardiner. First of all, can you be sure to enable crash reporting, or if you don't want to do this, the next time the crash occurs, click the "view report" link, type Ctrl+C and paste it into an email for me (bugs@littlesoftware.ca)? That will help me to isolate what is causing the crash so I can fix it.
