Rockstar Games has released more patches than I thought they would (but I know that was necessary to solve lots of running problems, personally I hadn't any). The performance is not good, not bad: considering the fact the graphics are a lot better than on consoles you should understand this. Also the fact lots of background processes are happening in this open world environment makes it even more clear. I love they've implemented lots of stuff in the options menu.
