<text>It'll be fantastic when they get audio and video chat working. Then I'll never need to use Skype and iChat ever again.

I love the fact that I can log Facebook chat into it. I've caught up with loads of friends recently when I don't normally use Facebook itself all that much.</text>

<text>I have to say that it's a little difficult to find some things in the preferences (sometimes I look in there when I should be editing the connection, etc.).

Very sleek and full of good features. Well worth buying, and the upgrade from 1.x to 2.0 was free =)</text>

<text>We use Notes 7 at work, and I can't really complain all that much apart from the rather inconsistent interface (seriously - not even the most experienced Windows user can figure it out at times and we're the IT Department!).

We have databases for absolutely everything, and integrated into our intranet. We've moved away a bit from Notes with our new customer service system, and everybody wants the Notes database back.

So I'll say...it works. It's just difficult to navigate. And it's incredibly flexible for development.</text>

Yes, it does crash occasionally, but that's just a minor annoyance - I've yet to lose anything. At most I just have to delete a few messages again =/</text>

<description>Mail (aka Mail.app or Apple Mail) is an e-mail program included with Apple Inc.'s Mac OS X operating system. Originally developed by NeXT as NeXTMail, a part of their Nextstep operating system, it was adapted, following Apple's acquisition of NeXT, to become OS X's Mail application. Mail uses the SMTP, POP3, and IMAP protocols, and supports MobileMe and Exchange via IMAP. Both the iPhone and the iPod touch feature a mobile version of Apple Mail.</description>

<description>The Finder is the default application program used on the Mac OS and Mac OS X operating systems that is responsible for the overall user-management of files, disks, network volumes and the launching of other applications. As such the Finder acts like the shell on other operating systems, but using a graphical user interface. It was introduced with the very first Macintosh computer, and also existed as part of GS/OS on the Apple IIGS. It underwent a complete rewrite with Apple's switch to a UNIX-based OS in Mac OS X.</description>
