<text> I LOVE the desktop app. I'm still a little weary of searching through the current tv/movies they have avaialable as its a little cumbersome, but I do like what I've been playing with so far. Also love that I can have a bigger view without having to go full screen (which I don't do if I'm watching while I'm working.)

<description>ShareFire is a feature-rich news aggregator that lets you share stories via AIM, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, email and more with no copying and pasting, or dragging and dropping.

ShareFire lets you read all your news in one place, and share it all in one place, too. With built-in support for over ten different ways to share stories, all you have to do is click on an article to start it cascading through your social network. And it even supports 16 different languages (see list below).

ShareFire is very easy to use, but we didn't skimp on features:

    * Share stories right from ShareFire. Built-in support for AIM, Twitter, and email (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or your default email client).
    * Post articles to Facebook, Delicious, Digg, Newsvine, MySpace, Google Bookmarks, and Windows Live Favorites.
    * Create Smart Topics with keywords you're interested in. Only posts containing those keywords will show up in your Smart Topics.
    * See Notifications when ShareFire finds new posts. You can also turn on notifications just for specific Smart Topics.
    * Language support for English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Dutch, Czech, Turkish, Polish, and both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
    * View an article's summary, or switch over to Site View to see the entire webpage in the integrated browser.
    * Organize your feeds any way you want using folders.
    * Automatic categorization by topic and author.
    * Automatic feed resolution. Rather than tracking down and entering a feed URL, just put in the site's normal URL and ShareFire will automatically find and aggregate its feed.
    * Realtime search across all feeds.
    * OPML import and export.
    * Vi keys! (And some Emacs ones, too.)
    * Completely cross-platform, thanks to Adobe AIR. (Linux support still in alpha.)

ShareFire is 100% open source and free. Although we don't have a lot of time to manage submissions, if you're interested in working on it, let us know. The source code is available on Google Code, and comments can be posted to the Google Group. </description>

<text> I had been using Postbox for about a month and a half now in hopes that it would replace Thunderbird for me. I loved the extra features it had. The tabs, being able to have a sidebar that held any links/media (so I didn't ahve to read through the email) but lately I've been having issues I just can't stand.

For some reason it'll duplicate unread emails, and then it'll start opening a new email dating Dec/1969, and even when I delete it, they'll keep replicating. I haven't submitted a bug report for it, but it was annoying enough that I went back to Thunderbird until the beta is complete.</text>

<description>Postbox is a new way to manage online communication. It lets you spend less time managing messages and more time getting things done. But what makes Postbox really useful is the way it lets you find and reuse all kinds of content hidden deep within your email.
Postbox lets you organize your mail by topic so you can focus on one thing at a time. Incoming topic-related messages are automatically displayed. Anything else stays in the background until you need it.</description>

<text> I've been looking at developing an app as well as a web app, and have been looking for something to refer to while doing so without having too many bugs.

I'd like to rely on it 100% for the webapp, but it just doesn't have the right Safari browser data to fake the website into thinking it's mobile Safari.

Other problem I have lately is that I'm unable to log into my Ribbit account through this :(</text>

<text> This is probably the best virtualization software out there. I had always been a Windows user but I wanted to dig a bit into Linux distros but didn't want to sacrifice my current HD to try it out, and I didn't want to deal with a Live CD.

I ended up running a bunch of distros through Workstation, and eventually would come to love a few of 'em. Years later I still haven't really found it necessary to dual boot when I can easily pop open Workstation and boot right into Xubuntu or OpenSUSE.

Very low CPU/ram usuage for me on a dual-core, 4gb ram system. Runs VERY well. Although it does have known issues with working on a 64bit processor, but aside from an error message I get when booting into an OS, I'm still able to use it without any other issues.</text>

<description>VMware Workstation software consists of a virtual-machine suite for x86 and x86-64 computers. This software suite allows users to set up multiple x86 and x86-64 virtual computers and to use one or more of these virtual machines simultaneously with the hosting operating system. Each virtual machine instance can execute its own guest operating system, such as (but not limited to) Windows, Linux, and BSD variants. In simple terms, VMware Workstation allows one physical machine to run two or more operating systems simultaneously. Other VMware products help manage or migrate VMware virtual machines across multiple host-machines. </description>

<text> Not really the best torrent tracker out there, but for what is has, it's perfect. My biggest necessity has always been user feedback/comments. I don't like grabbing software without reading through user comments to see their thoughts and/or if there are any issues with it.

Often times users will submit false negatives which can skew user downloads, but so long as there are that few reputable individuals that stomp the negatives, then it makes for a perfect world.

My music taste is pretty rare, so I don't have that easy of a time finding majority of my artists on there. I don't do too many movies as some of my favorite rippers only ever release on Mininova.

Sadly for being on there 2.5 years, I have such a low download/upload amount! :P</text>
