    <text>&quot;Tinker? What's this?&quot; And then I downloaded it, played it and had a lot of fun. It's an enjoyable puzzle with a great value -- since it's free for Windows Vista Ultimate users. Won't ever take Solitaire out of it throne, though.</text>

    <text>It's Last.fm for software and web apps. Really, how come nobody ever thought of this before?! It's brilliant. You can track your most used programs and web apps, yeah, but it really shines because you can see what other people are using and then browse and write reviews about it. Maybe you'll discover some nice software for your PC -- or Mac! 

Also, I love to look at the shiny icons. </text>
