So I will repost the information kwanta provided me with: "FKeyHandlerX is a program used by some grafic tablet drivers to set the function keys of the tablet. Annoying is that you can't disable that it starts on login by common ways (Usersettings/Autostartitems). To disable it you have to delete it's entries in those 2 configuration files: /Library/Preferences/loginwindow.plist and /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginitems.plist I found those by using Pref Setters (http://dontknow.me/at/?http://www.nightproductions.net/) nice search function. Started appearing in my dock after each boot up after I installed a media tablet (pen pad), and it has no immediate usage. Looks like an extra driver for the wireless tablet, so the "F" keys function on the tablet works. I'm at the conclusion that you can either let it run in the background (and close it manually if not using your tablet) or either delete it (if you don't want to use your F keys on the tablet). Should anyone else know more about this app, do write a review. But it turns out that it's part of a 3rd party VPN program called Hot Spot Shield, which I use when I surf sites that are restricted to the US. It turns out that when I am not using the VPN, ajaxserver must go to sleep and appears not to be responding, but as soon as I connect to the VPN, it activates.
