Bing is the name of Microsoft's web search engine, and it is designed to be a "decision engine" which is a different approach to compete with traditional search industry leaders Google and Yahoo!. Bing is accessible through "Bing.com" and other Microsoft products such as Windows Live, MSN, Internet Explorer.

Bing offers some innovative features, such as the ability to view website information straight from the search result page (instead of clicking through results one by one) and the infinite scroll on image search result, meaning no "next page" is required to click when dealing with very large amount of visual results.

Flickr is an image and video hosting website, web services suite, and online community platform. It was one of the earliest Web 2.0 applications. In addition to being a popular Web site for users to share personal photographs, the service is widely used by bloggers as a photo repository. Its popularity has been fueled by its organization tools, which allow photos to be tagged and browsed by folksonomic means.

12seconds is the place online for video status updates. It's a way to share what you're doing with your friends and family using short video clips. You can use your web cam or mobile phone. Show your friends where you are, share your thoughts, or tell them how you're doing.
The length is only 12 seconds because anything longer is boring. The scientists here at the 12seconds dodecaplex have conducted countless hours of research to determine the precise amount of time it takes for boredom or apathy to set in during typical Internet video viewing. Our patent pending Electro-Tear-Duct Prongers have determined that exactly 12 seconds of video is the ideal amount of time to keep anything interesting.

TweetDeck is an Adobe Air desktop application that is currently in public beta. It aims to evolve the existing functionality of Twitter by taking an abundance of information (i.e twitter feeds), and breaking it down into more manageable bite sized pieces. TweetDeck enables users to split their main feed (All Tweets) into topic or group specific columns allowing a broader overview of tweets. To do this All Tweets are saved to a local database. The far left column will always contain All Tweets. The GROUP, SEARCH and REPLIES buttons then allow the user to make up additional columns populated from the database. Once created these additional columns will automatically update allowing the user to keep track of a twitter threads far easier.
