<text>A not very well known player (and let's keep it that way, we don't want it's butt kicked by the record industry), never crashed and has a nice, clean interface for an online application. Still needs some features, but you can make your own playlists and account so that's 4 stars. Value for money is good, because it's free. You can pretty much find every song that's out there.</text>

<description>&#181;Torrent (also microTorrent or uTorrent) is a freeware proprietary BitTorrent client for Microsoft Windows &amp; Mac OS X written in C++, and localized for many different languages. It can also be used under Linux based systems, via Wine. It's designed to use minimal computer resources - typically using less than 6MB of memory, allowing you to use the computer as if it weren't there at all. Additionally, the program itself is contained within a single executable less than 220 KB in size - while offering functionality comparable to clients such as Azureus or BitComet.
You can subscribe tracker's feeds and get new torrents via the feed and download them automatically.</description>

<text>I love it. I use RW for almost every website I make, just because I don't want to learn coding and still want a decent website. Even though it's a WYSIWYG editor, it recognizes bits of code, text and even movies on one single page without any problems. The only thing is that theme customizing isn't as 'open' as I want it to see, you can edit everything freely, but then you still need some knowledge of code and how to get there.</text>

<text>It sucks. Endless waiting for downloading a small file, a limit per hour. This is so old-fashioned. And RapidShare did some more weird things like making incredibly hard captcha's with images of animals and questions. Good, when you're a 'premium' user the experience may be a bit better, but for the average visitor it's just a big pile of crap.</text>

<description>ABSYNTH is a wonderfully organic software synthesizer for the Macintosh and PC! It is a semi-modular synthesizer with the ability to layer multiple synthesis techniques for really unique textures, pads, tones, soundscapes, rhythmic effects and other synth sounds ranging from analog to digital. ABSYNTH was originally released in 2000 by Rhizomatic Software as an internet download. Native Instruments saw the potential for ABSYNTH and have worked with Rhizomatic to make a new and truly professional version.

ABSYNTH not only sounds great but looks cool too! Its alien-organic design is the perfect visual complement to the alien-organic sounds it can generate! ABSYNTH offers several synthesis methods including subtractive synthesis, FM and AM via three independent oscillators. You start by choosing synthesis methods in the Patch Window (pictured below) and then adding or layering additional filters, effects and other modules. A patch can have multiple oscillators and up to four filters, three ring modulators, a waveshaper and a delay effect.
ABSYNTH offers a Waveform Editor where you can freely draw in your own waveforms and hear the results in real time. These waveforms can be used by the oscillators, LFOs, and as waveshaping distortion functions. This is a truly unique feature to ABSYNTH among competing soft-synths. The Spectral Waveform Editor allows you to trim individual harmonics for entirely new timbres. And waveforms can be Transformed using normalization, DC offset, phase inversion and offset, reverse, fractalize, filter, FM, and more.
ABSYNTH has three discrete LFOs. Each of them can modulate pitch, amplitude, filter, FM depth, pan or delay time. There is also Sample and Hold for each LFO for that classic analog synth effect. The LFO's waveforms can be drawn and edited within the Waveform Editor. There are plenty of envelopes as well. The Graphical Envelope Editor allows you to see and edit your envelopes. They contain up to 68 breakpoints per envelope so your sound can drone out with multiple decays, attacks, sustains and other evolving or rhythmic dynamics. This allows you to easily and truly sculpt your sounds like never before! The Envelope Function Generator allows you to build tempo driven or percussive rhythms using the envelopes. The envelopes can be used to shape the amplitude and/or the pitch, filters, or other synth parameters. As for effects, Delays can be modulated by the three LFOs and MIDI controllers for truly surreal delay effects. Delay times range from as little as one sample to 10 seconds.</description>

''Cider is a sophisticated portability engine that allows Windows games to be run on Intel Macs without any modifications to the original game source code. Cider works by directly loading a Windows program into memory on an Intel-Mac and linking it to an optimized version of the Win32 APIs. Games are &quot;wrapped&quot; with the Cider engine and they simply run on the Mac.''

Which is exactly what the sims 3 is doing. They didn't write any new code for the mac, which probably is why they could release it on one disc with the windows version. (It's very unusual for mac games to be released the same date as windows)</text>
