EZBack-it-up is a personal file backup utility. It is designed to be very easy to learn and use. It is not an archival tool that compresses all your files and folders into one file, but instead, it copies your data to a destination of your choice where you can readily access your backed up files any time you need. All directory structure is preserved and you can optionally choose to delete files from the target that are not in the source. EZBack-it-up includes a built-in scheduler, command-line switches, logging functionality, and more.

Professional but not Advanced product that offers essential tools for emulation and image making.
Wide functionality at reasonable price.

DAEMON Tools Pro Standard enables you to emulate up to 16 virtual drives that you can mount with images simultaneously.

You could also create, edit, manage and burn images. If you are going to create the disc image but the file size is too big to save it on available media then can split that image to several parts and save every one to separate discs. It is like making multivolume archive with your favorite archiver.

Workrave is a software application intended to prevent computer users from developing or aggravating occupational diseases such as carpal tunnel syndrome and repetitive strain injuries. The software periodically locks the screen while an anime character walks the user through various stretching exercises and urges them to take a coffee break.
