<text>Just discovered Qik and have been having a ball recording random moments which no one else will care about via my mobile phone.
I currently don't have any real use for it other than having fun with the kids and cats but it will probably come in very handy this fall when my husband will be away on business for a couple of months. Not only will we be able to make videos for him, but, thanks to the live option, bring him along with us.</text>

<text>I've been enjoying Free Realms. I'm a strange creature who enjoys MMOs but often prefers to solo and this game is perfect for that mindset. I also enjoy the mini-game aspect, especially since I'm a fan of Tower Defense.

There are some bugs and interface issues but the game is new so I expect those will iron out.

My biggest issue is that, like a lot of free games out there, it is not free if you want true playability. Perhaps I wouldn't mind so much if the name weren't FREE Realms. And if they didn't try to double dip a bit by having both an optional membership fee AND buyable items such as the pets. </text>

Woot is an Internet retailer based in the Dallas suburb of Carrollton, Texas. Woot was the pioneer of the "one deal a day" business model on the internet. Woot's main website generally offers only one discounted product each day, often a piece of computer hardware or an electronic gadget. Other Woot sites offer one original t-shirt per day, two selections of wine per week, and one closeout deal per day.

thesixtyone makes music culture more democratic: artists upload their work for review, but, rather than allow a stuffy suit in a boardroom to decide what's good, thousands of listeners do. The best music automagically bubbles up on our homepage where you can listen to the most popular songs for any genre. It's a quick way to find new music for your iPod powered by pure excitement as opposed to some contrived marketing budget.

Think you've got a good ear? Aside from customizing your experience, creating an account allows you to earn points, level up your influence, and collect badges for discovering and recommending good music that others may enjoy. On thesixtyone, tastemaking becomes fun, competitive, and trackable.

We're on a quest to help people fall in love with something new while giving deserving artists an efficient channel for finding their audiences.

Flickr is an image and video hosting website, web services suite, and online community platform. It was one of the earliest Web 2.0 applications. In addition to being a popular Web site for users to share personal photographs, the service is widely used by bloggers as a photo repository. Its popularity has been fueled by its organization tools, which allow photos to be tagged and browsed by folksonomic means.

Kingdom of Loathing (KoL) is a humorous, browser-based, multiplayer role playing game, designed and operated by Asymmetric Publications, including creator Zack "Jick" Johnson and writer Josh "Mr. Skullhead" Nite. It is notable for its use of hand-drawn stick figure graphics and writing characterized by surreal humor, word play, parody and references to pop culture. Launched in February 2003, the game now hosts a player base of 100,000 to 150,000 regular users. In KoL, players fight monsters for experience, meat (the game's currency), and items, through a turn-based system. Players also interact with each other through player versus player competition, participate in the in-game economy by trading goods and services, and organize themselves into clans, and speak to each other in many different chat channels.

<text>If WoW and Diablo had an illegitimate child, Dungeon Runners would be it. Fun and addictive.
I have to disagree with tapo and say that, unlike most "free" MMOs, it is very playable without purchasing membership. Even so, the price is so low that it's a bargain even if you decide to subscribe in comparison to many MMOs out there.</text>
