<description>Adobe Bridge is an organizational program created and released by Adobe Systems as a part of the Adobe Creative Suite. Its primary purpose is to link the parts of the Creative Suite together using a format similar to the file browser found in previous versions of Adobe Photoshop. It is accessible from all other components of the Creative Suite.</description>

<text>Now that 10.0 is out of beta, I decided to upgrade.
In all honesty I don't really see much immediate difference other than some superficial interface differences.
Opera Turbo seems like a nice feature, but not one I'm likely to get any benefit from, as I don't suffer from poor connections.
The most significant improvement from my perspective is that JavaScript support has been tightened up; it's probably a little less strict, and also now passes Acid3.
The most notable difference relating to this from my POV is that the Google services behave themselves properly now! Mail doesn't lag like hell anymore, and Sites doesn't do the wacky things it used to before.
Yahoo! Mail seems to act a little more stable, but only a little - this is Yahoo! we're talking about, after all.

It still can't run the freaky Java applet they use for the Moongate client on Materia Magica, but overall Opera remains the thinking person's first choice of browser. (And it's still better than Firefox.)</text>

<text>ZSNES uses a weird screen smoothing effect that you can't turn off without using undesirable screen resolutions, and more importantly its sound emulation is noticeably worse than SNES9X's.

I've only played a handful of games that only work on ZSNES, and all of them are hacked/patched versions (the original clean versions always work with SNES9X). Compatibility is therefore not an issue.

Other than the fact that the on-the-fly IPS patching doesn't work very well, and the cheat menu gets glitched up crazily sometimes when you modify/remove cheats, SNES9X is pretty much perfect.</text>

<text>I'll refrain from posting scores as I didn't use the program long enough to evaluate it.

In text, however, my impressions of this program are... not good. At all.

First of all, it installed itself on my computer automatically, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and provided no option to cancel the installation at any point.
What's more, it conveniently &quot;forgot&quot; to create an installation log, thus making it impossible to uninstall by normal means (as the uninstaller needs the log to function).
I had to delete it manually and spend almost an hour trawling the registry to get rid of the crap it left behind.
...These occurrences are part of the definition of &quot;malware&quot;.

In short? I think I won't be using Yahoo ANYTHING in future.</text>

<text>It seems that Imeem have changed their 30-second preview policy to opt-out rather than opt-in, as it was until just yesterday.

This makes the site completely useless in my view.
Firstly, most of the tracks I have bookmarked there are from Japanese publishers who might not even know about Imeem or how to change the permission.
Secondly, and more seriously, no publisher is going to actually go ahead and remove the protection when they're selling these singles and albums for money, it would be madness.</text>

<description>Gmail, officially Google Mail in Germany and the United Kingdom, is a free POP3 and IMAP webmail service provided by Google. On April 1, 2004 the product began as an invitation-only beta release. On February 7, 2007 the beta version was opened to the general public. With an initial storage capacity of 1 GB (and growing, now over 7 GB), it drastically increased the standard for free storage.
Today it's also possible to visit the site trough: http://www.gmail.com, although it redirects still to mail.google.com

It also can be used as a SaaS-webmail for your domain with help of Google Apps.</description>
