I've attempted to sign up with three different "zune tags" and each time, it goes to a random page saying whatever I was looking for is unavailable. Then when I go back to finish signing up, it says the zune tag is already taken. Since I can't sign up to the site, I don't really think I'm able to report the problem to them.
