You're right - this is awesome. I think that it shows just how much Microsoft has failed at adapting Windows to the internet era. When web-based apps are now so dominant, it's ridiculous to not have an equivalent to the applications section of your start menu for them. Wakoopa is the answer to that - in the form of a web 2.0 app. Beautiful!
