Integrated development environment (IDE) distributed under the GNU General Public License for programming in C/C++. It is bundled with the open source MinGW compiler. The IDE is written in Delphi.

The program itself has a look-and-feel similar to that of the more widely-used Microsoft Visual Studio. One additional aspect of Dev-C++ is its use of DevPaks, packaged extensions on the programming environment with additional libraries, templates, and utilities. DevPaks often contain, but are not limited to, GUI utilities, including popular toolkits such as GTK+, wxWidgets, and FLTK. Other DevPaks include libraries for more advanced function use.

<text>the audio quality on this player is second to none, its so much more advanced than WMP *shudder*. My music's never sounded so good! you can spend ages setting it up, but you can also download setups that other people have made and just cop/paste them in! :D</text>

Foobar2000 is a freeware audio player for Windows developed by Peter Pawlowski, a former freelance contractor for Nullsoft.
Featuring a minimalist interface, it also boasts many features for metadata support and high-quality audio output. The theoretical maximum sampling rate and bit depth for audio output are both far in excess of the capacities of even professional-grade audio equipment. To maximize the audio fidelity of consumer-grade equipment, it provides noise shaping and dithering.

It features a number of official and third-party components which add many additional features. While the core is closed source, the author provides an extensive SDK under the BSD license. Since version 0.9, foobar2000 supports Windows 2000 and later releases only.

Features: audio formats supported natively: MP1, MP2, MP3, MP4, MPC, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC / Ogg FLAC, WavPack, WAV, AIFF, AU, SND, CDDA, WMA; more audio formats supported through optional components, official or third-party; full unicode support; customizable user interface layout (new in version 0.9.5); advanced tagging capabilities; support for ripping Audio CDs as well as transcoding all supported audio formats using the Converter component; ReplayGain support - both playback and calculation; customizable keyboard shortcuts; open component architecture allowing third-party developers to extend functionality of the player.

Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun is a real-time strategy game by Westwood Studios. Released for Microsoft Windows in 1999. A sequel to Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn and Command & Conquer: Renegade, and predecessor to Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars, the main storyline follows the second war between the Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of Nod taking place In 2030, roughly 30 years after the end of Tiberian Dawn.
Compared to its predecessor, Tiberian Sun relies heavily on science fiction technologies, and introduces a new isometric game engine featuring varying level terrain to give the impression of a true 3D environment.
