<text>I've got a friend who always uses Yahoo Search & Yahoo Mail. Even though I know for a fact that she has missed important emails because they mistakenly got sent to her spam folder, she still doggedly refuses to use Google Search or Gmail and always insists that Yahoo is far better.

She's a friend but a still a fool.</text>

Google search is the most used search engine on the web. Google receives several hundred million queries each day through its various services. Besides the main search engine feature of searching for text, the search engine can also be used as a calculator, base, unit and currency converter, dictionary and many other useful tools. Google search was originally developed by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1997.

Google's search algorithm uses a patented system called PageRank to help rank web pages that match a given search string. The PageRank algorithm computes a recursive score for web pages, based on the weighted sum of the PageRanks of the pages linking to them. The PageRank derives from human-generated links, and is thought to correlate well with human concepts of importance. The exact percentage of the total of web pages that Google indexes is not known, as it is very hard to actually calculate.

CleanUp! is a powerful and easy-to-use application that removes temporary files created while surfing the web, empties the Recycle Bin, deletes files from your temporary folders and more.

CleanUp! frees disk space and reduces the "clutter" on your computer helping it to run more efficiently. It also can be used as a way to protect your privacy on the Internet. You can even instruct CleanUp! to securely delete files making it impossible to retrieve their contents using lower-level disk tools - just another way of protecting your privacy.

No gimmicks here, CleanUp! is so easy to set up and use that you'll have a lean, clean, mean machine in minutes.

<text>This is an odd little application that allows you to customise certain features of Windows XP. Madonote allows you to change the My Computer and Trashcan icons which are otherwise locked. I also use it to remove the annoying little arrows from the bottom left corner of all the shortcuts. It does a lot more than allow you to customise your icons, though. You can also make changes to your taskbar, context menus, windows, Internet Explorer settings (if you still use that evil browser…), Start panel, Windows log-in settings, and some system settings. You can also use it to remove programs from your computer that you’re having problems removing in the normal way, and prevent certain applications from running automatically when you start up.</text>

RunAsDate is a small utility that allows you to run a program in the date and time that you specify. This utility doesn't change the current system date and time of your computer, but it only injects the date/time that you specify into the desired application.
You can run multiple applications simultaneously, each application works with different date and time, while the real date/time of your system continues to run normally.
