<text>My Email client of choice. Apple's Mail App seems too frivolous compared to this. Glad that this product supports the MBOX format, and doesn't force Outlook's PST crap on you. Importing from Thunderbird was a breeze. Has a fair bunch of great features, consumes memory but not too much. I'm kinda sad MSFT will kill this off in Favor of Outook in the next release. I'm afraid I'll go scurrying back to Mail.app when that happens.</text>

<text>A very convenient UI for watching content from your iTunes library on the Mac, especially if you have an Apple Remote. One gripe is the fact that it doesn't support non-iTunes content so well, but then the simplicity of the app makes you keep wanting to use it.

There are feature rich alternatives like Plex Media server, but frankly anything else is too bloated and kludgy compared to FrontRow</text>

<text>A very nice, and probably the best IM client on the Mac. Even though its a derivative of Pidgin, it doesn't have any of its ugliness. Supports a shit load of IM and Social Network protocols. Blends into the UI fairly well, doesn't consume resources, is Open Source and has very pretty customizations. Need we say more?

Unless you plan to do severe video stuff, this is most certainly the client you need.</text>

<text>Something you must certainly use if you are writing a book or something. But frankly, for an average Joe user, it has too many features. Not that its a bad thing, but it doesn't justify the memory hog. In most cases, you don't need those features.

For some, including me, its just the feeling of 'comfort' that keeps us using the app, given the app's rich history.</text>

<text>The one of the awesomest team based multiplayer games, ever. Best for LAN parties. The thrill one gets when playing this one with a bunch of buddies is unsurpassed. It isn't mindless like some other FPS LAN games, and actually requires real skill. When you get a headshot on someone, you feel really good. For the games age, the realism it has is more than adequate. Totally love it for the fact that It gives meaning to my otherwise boring life.</text>

Unlike QuickTime, you can clearly hear stuff playing in VLC because of its volume boosting features, consumes little CPU. What I don't like about VLC is its offer to repair broken AVI files. <text>Superb Project Planning App. Has just the right mix of features. Tasks, Resources, Cost, Variance, Gantt Charts, Export to various formats, without getting too complex. I think the interface could be still improved further, especially when browsing a Gantt chart which gets too long. Contextual tools maybe. If you are a Mac guy who does Projects, and wants something no-nonsense, this is it.</text>
