• Finder doesn't even come close to the sheer power of Windows Explorer. My favourite file manager on any platform.
• Flickr is 1) the best photo website on the web, and 2) Yahoo's one and only extremely good product. :)
• Having tried several other RSS readers, I've found that Google Reader is my favourite. It's very simple to use, web based, and works well. Plus, the iPhone interface is very nice to use.
• Extremely useful to keep an eye on system resources. The calendar is useful too, especially since OS X doesn't have one built in to the menu bar (silly Apple!).
• It's Gmail. What else can I say? :)
• Simple, easy to use, and stable. The best Mac FTP client I've used.
• It's, er, nice. :P :D
• Small, light(ish), and easy to use, Adium is a very polished IM client for OS X.

• It's a resource hog, but it makes up for it with the pretty interface. =D
