<text>NoteFrog is a new application but it looks very out of place in this 32/64 bit era. It wants to be on windows 3.1. If you can get beyond this, you'll find it is a nice idea but too little, ten years too late.

Yes, it can be used to keep track of text snippets, but it is oblivious to the fact that modern computer users need at least SOME level of portability. It doesn't offer a portable version, a cloud syncing version or ANY sort of synchronization what-so-ever.

From my experience with it and with other apps designed to keep track of your notes/information, the ONLY reason to use NoteFrog is being unaware of the alternatives out there.</text>

<description>NoteFrog&#8482; is nothing short of revolutionary when it comes to dealing with the random bits and pieces of information that are now the way that we conduct our personal and professional lives. NoteFrog&#8482; was born and nurtured to fill a void in the current information management offerings by providing an alternative to the rigid structure and unnatural interface other systems require.

NoteFrog&#8482; will store, manage, and instantly retrieve every bit of random, free-form information you throw at it, and do it in a manner and at a speed you never dreamed possible.

If you want an information manager that will help you and not stifle you in a fight to the death with rows and columns, then NoteFrog&#8482; is for you. Once you familiarize yourself with NoteFrog&#8482;, we feel sure you'll agree that it surpasses by a wide margin every other offering available today.</description>

<text>Lala has become my go-to player. All my music, at home or at work -- plus access to a well priced and easy to use market place. It can now integrate with Facebook and last.fm. It is an exceptional service with few limitations. My only wish is mp3's purchased could be downloaded more than one time. Just in case.</text>

<text>This is a handy little package for color grabbing and measuring elements on screen. It can't do anything you can't find other tools for but it does bring these frequently performed tasks into a single, quick-access application. I'd expect to pay a bit less for a light utility like this but at the end of the day it's worth the cost of admission.</text>

<description>Gmail, officially Google Mail in Germany and the United Kingdom, is a free POP3 and IMAP webmail service provided by Google. On April 1, 2004 the product began as an invitation-only beta release. On February 7, 2007 the beta version was opened to the general public. With an initial storage capacity of 1 GB (and growing, now over 7 GB), it drastically increased the standard for free storage.
Today it's also possible to visit the site trough: http://www.gmail.com, although it redirects still to mail.google.com

It also can be used as a SaaS-webmail for your domain with help of Google Apps.</description>

<text>I find g.ho.st to be novel, perhaps even fun, but not at all useful. Everything that can be done in it can be done without it. It would have to be directly bootable to be at all useful to me. As it stands, I can more quickly get to my stuff without it. Especially since it is slow on my laptop -- and raises its temperature to leg-scalding.</text>

<description>Kingdom of Loathing (KoL) is a humorous, browser-based, multiplayer role playing game, designed and operated by Asymmetric Publications, including creator Zack &quot;Jick&quot; Johnson and writer Josh &quot;Mr. Skullhead&quot; Nite. It is notable for its use of hand-drawn stick figure graphics and writing characterized by surreal humor, word play, parody and references to pop culture. Launched in February 2003, the game now hosts a player base of 100,000 to 150,000 regular users. In KoL, players fight monsters for experience, meat (the game's currency), and items, through a turn-based system. Players also interact with each other through player versus player competition, participate in the in-game economy by trading goods and services, and organize themselves into clans, and speak to each other in many different chat channels. </description>
