It is an excellent excellent mouse! I had RSI symptoms developing when I was extremely busy last year and ended up wearing a whole wrist support thing. The Evoluent mouse has really really helped.
Wish they'd update their drivers for Vista64 - I'm hoping to upgrade to a 64 bit system soon so I can take advantage of increased RAM but they're one of the few bits of hardware I use which are unsupported at the moment.
No worries, I've only had if for about 2 weeks now, but it's a great mouse, my wrist already feels better.
Open the client, click the little black arrow next to your availability status -- there is an "invisible" option in that list.

But no songs was scrobbling in my profile :(
