The Windows Image Viewer 'CDisplay' was written to ease the viewing of images in JPEG, PNG and static GIF format. This was partly down to the existing programs currently available being too general purpose and thus awkward to use when simply wanting to view images sequentially.
It is especially useful for images inside archives.

Crysis is a science fiction first-person shooter computer game, that was developed by Crytek, and published by Electronic Arts.

Crysis is based in a fictional future where an alien race has invaded Earth. The single player campaign has the player assume the role of United States Delta Force operator Jake Dunn. Dunn is armed with various futuristic weapons and equipment, most notably a "Nano Muscle Suit", which, according to Crytek senior game designer Bernd Diemer, the suit was inspired by the United States' Future Warrior 2020 program. In Crysis, the player fights both North Korean and extraterrestrial enemies, in four different locations: a tropical island jungle; an American aircraft carrier; inside an "Ice Sphere", which will consist of the same jungle, but frozen; and the alien ship itself, some parts of which will be zero-gravity. Crysis will utilize Microsoft's new API, Direct3D 10 (DirectX 10) for graphics rendering, and will include the same editor that was used by Crytek to create the game.

Media Player Classic is a compact free software media player for Microsoft Windows. The application has a similar look and feel to the old light-weight Windows Media Player 6.4. Underneath, however, it is a completely different application which has all the options and features one might expect from a modern media player.

This player is capable of VCD, SVCD and DVD playback, without the need to install any additional software or codecs. Media Player Classic has built-in codecs for MPEG-2 video with support for subtitles and codecs for LPCM, MP2, AC3 and DTS audio. It also contains an improved MPEG splitter that supports subtitles on SVCDs and supports direct playback of VCDs and SVCDs using its VCD/SVCD/XCD Reader. On October 30, 2005 Gabest added *.mp4 and MPEG-4 Timed Text support. An AAC decoding filter has been present in MPC for a while, which makes MPC suitable for AAC playback in mp4.

Media Player Classic is primarily based on the DirectShow architecture, and therefore automatically uses installed DirectShow decoding filters. For instance, after the open source DirectShow decoding filter ffdshow has been installed, fast and high quality decoding and postprocessing of the DivX, Xvid, H.264 and Flash Video formats is available in MPC.

In addition to DirectShow, MPC can also use the QuickTime and the RealPlayer architectures (if installed on the computer) to play their native files.

<text>Pretty nice game. Ran it on ultra high setting (except for shadows which were at very high) and got a playable average of 28 FPS. Used a 9500GT card. The story starts out slowly though but picks up speed towards the end when there are twists after twists! The open world is gorgeous to look at but driving through the same checkpoints again and again gets old after some time.</text>

Creates last.fm style playlists using a local music collection.

Features:
- Create playlist from last.fm charts and tracklists (Similar Tracks, Most Tagged tracks, User Tagged Tracks, User Playlists or User Charts)
- Instantly play your playlist(s) in Winamp, Windows Media Player, iTunes or foobar2000
- Export your playlist(s) to WPL, M3U or M3U8 formats
- Handle combined playlists just as easily
- Listen to preview samples from Last.fm for any available track

You don't have to have absolutely perfect tags (but it really helps), some imperfections are allowed thanks to smart metadata matching algorithms
