Your exactly right. When I try to push my web and application design through fast I find myself struggling to concentrate and very frustrated.

Diet is a huge thing, many people don't give it a second glance, but with our hospitals(at least Australia's) stretched to braking point, people need to wake up and see that the fatty junk foods and high sugar drinks cause a massive problem.

Good to talk to you, the only reason I'm on today is because it's raining, otherwise I'd be outside in the garden, or helping my father repaint his Ute(Aussie term for tray utility vehicle). See ya
