    <text>This does a simple job and it does it extremely well. I came across it today when looking for a way to get Windows to accept a program in the &quot;Open With&quot; dialogue - it wouldn't and this utility did it for me.

It's portable too, so can be handily stored on USB memory stick for when it's next needed.</text>

      <description>When you right-click a file and choose Open With, and click the Choose Program... option, the list of registered applications are displayed in the Open With dialog. Programs that are not already listed in the Open With dialog can be added manually using the Browse... option.

The portable OpenWithAdd utility can be helpful in circumstances where, when you browse to locate an application, it does not get added to the Open With dialog.</description>

    <text>A useful utility that adds extra features to the taskbar - change the application priority and transparency, pin the window to the top (particularly useful) and minimise to the system tray .

It's simple and well-written.</text>

    <text>Very quick but lacks the &quot;bells and whistles&quot; of Firefox that I need (especially as a Web Developer).

Once it has a better bookmarking facility (preferably one that's compatible with the new Firefox tagging version) and plugins, I'll be happy.</text>

    <text>A simple to use, slimline and free Hot Key program. This allows you to allocate key presses to various actions and will sit in your system tray.

    <text>An excellent code editor. Not as powerful as some, but that's precisely what I want - slick and simple to use.

The author is very receptive to ideas on improvements and some of my own have been included in past releases.

There is a free and pro version.</text>

    <text>I use the old pre-Java version for HTML and general web development. It's pretty simplistic, but that's how I like it. The ability to pre-fill in HTML image elements and a list of popular HTML characters makes this a favourite I return to, no matter what alternatives I might try out.</text>
