Probably the best screen capture tool I have come across and most importantly
it doesn't get in your way. I would have given it 5 except the author is
unresponsive to a making a simple change which would allow it to run on 64bit
Vista without you having to download the source and fix the problem
yourself.
This helped me get my screenshots working after I upgraded to a dual monitor desktop and the PrtScr button no longer worked properly.
Missing some obvious features like hiding the system tray icon, etc.

I really enjoy this tool, quickly capturing stuff and being able to save it in different formats (including sending to Flickr, and capturing as AVI)
