It's not what I expected.
I'm sure its loaded with features. But indeed its not very intuitive and user friendly. Also had often problems with loading, refreshing. But thats maybe my connection. Anyway I don't use it anymore

Some call it the CRM for twitter... well, it's not very user-friendly / intuitive to me, as compared to hootsuite.
No fitting for me :-(
