Sure, there are a bunch of tools that do what Photo Explorer does. But it's
in my workflow and it does what I need it to. That is mostly crop, rotate,
manage file names, and tweak color occasionally.
I really like this video editor. It has everything that I want, it is easy to
use -- I particularly like the timeline view -- and it did not cost very much.
However, it got 'bought out' and development has stopped. That is really
sad.

it looks like a background process but appears as an active software for me. Also I removed ACDSee from my system.
