Assassin's Creed is a third-person stealth game in which the player assumes the role of Desmond Miles, an average bartender who is the last descendant of a long family line of assassins. Desmond has been taken to a facility where he is forced to use the Animus, a machine that traces and recreates the memories of his ancestors during the Third Crusade. Through these genetic memories, the player controls Altaïr Ibn La-Ahad, a member of the Assassin Brotherhood. Altaïr's objective in the game is to slay nine historical figures propagating the Crusades in the year 1191. Great story ... Great graphics Great Gameplay but sometimes it gets boring just finding those eagle towers and eavesdropping.... But Great game ... looking forward for the second and third one .

i ran into a bug where i would get stuck and have to quit and restart also, but this game is forgiveable because it's just so fun and looks so great
The graphics in this game are amazing and at the beginning the special moves like "Leap of Faith" are quite amazing. But... there are quite some bugs I experienced which were quite annoying. At some moment in the game (near the end) I just fell through the floor!
And yes, it's repetitive but you just want to know how it ends. So we can say the script/story is a plus in this game...
Will I buy the next Assassin's Creed? Will need to read the reviews... While the graphics and story are great, it didn't blow me away.

Gets repetitive fast, flags and some objectives are stupid, but it's worth a try! Gameplay is fun!
