It's a bit hard to rate this as compared to Trillian. The Win7 skin of Digsby is much better than the Cordonata skin of Trillian; but Digsby doesn't feel it offers me the same flexibility as Trillian does. That said; I'm shifting to Digsby for a while
A neat alternative to Trillian. Lacks a few additional functions like displaying music and triggering music messages. Hopefully they'll include IRC soon, too. Great looking program.
I love it for integrating instant messaging protocols with email accounts and social networks, so I have all in one place.
There are some things missing, like Skype IM (without voice), Google Talk file transfers and it has some performance issues.
Still, a great app!
tried it once comes with too much extra carp to install with it and it takes for ever to freaking load the program
Digsby is streamlined, full-featured and has excellent integration with Twitter and Facebook. However, its huge memory footprint is just ridiculous for an IM app. It's 145MB for me right now, and its just idling in the background. I hope they improve performance in future releases.
I hated installing this since it came w/ so many crapware. A really convenient social network/im aggregator. Takes long to load though.
a wonderful application to connect to any instant messaging server! just signup, login & add your IM user & password and finally press connect & enjoy your all instant messenger contacts in single window :-D
veryuseful
The icon is adorable, and it's way better than Pidgin or regular AIM. And you can use it for all the other IM networks, which is pretty damn cash.
It allows me to access all the IM networks that people I know use and it does it better than Pidgin, Miranda or Trillian
