More… MoreeMule is a peer-to-peer file sharing application for Microsoft Windows. Started in May 2002 as an alternative to eDonkey2000, eMule now connects to both the eDonkey network and the Kad network. The distinguishing features of eMule are the direct exchange of sources between client nodes, fast recovery of corrupted downloads, and the use of a credit system to reward frequent uploaders. Furthermore, eMule transmits data in zlib-compressed form to save bandwidth.

我爱eMule!!!!!
eMule has survived a bunch of other P2P apps and will survive BitTorrent, too, as it (Kademlia, to be more precise) works completely decentralized and doesn't need any tracker.
Its file life time and diversity are unbeatable. I don't care about having to wait for one hour while I don't get the particular file in BT at all!

It doesn't work
This program sucks! It doesn't work, it installs adware on my computer and I can't get rid of it!
Why did I wait so long to get this? I can tell it's a must have app. Brings me back to the earlier part of the decade when p2p was the gold standard. Still, Soulseek is the best for hard to find music.
I couldn't connect to eD2K network. why?!
