since word 97...used to kill me and make me angry but 2007 was huge step...they done it well!
Pretty useful. Can't use it for HTML easily without it complaining about everything... It also becomes a bit bothersome if you're writing fiction and using proper nouns it isn't familiar with. The thesaurus and dictionary are real life savers though, the only reason I don't switch back to Open Office again; they're accessible with no more than a right click in Word.
Good text editor. It corrects my russian, english, czech and ukrainian languages.
این نرم افزار مثل نون شب واجبه حتی اگه عادت داری شبا شام نخوری.
There really is nothing better. I love the new Ribbon interface. It is vastly better than the old toolbar system (which most software uses).
Office needs to be cheaper.
Let's just say that Word is a great text processor, but completely outclassed by the Mac Pages. I still use Word for most educational essays and reports, but Pages is still the supreme ruler in terms of overall usage and feel.
Uber slow on Mac. Dwarfed by Pages.
great for processing words...
It's expensive, but it's worth it.
The gold standard.
