works ok. and dos wot it says

Not as feature-full as LazyLoad, but it's free, and does everything I need.

Previous version aggravated the crap out of me, however, the past two releases appear to do a better job.
This program would "lose" my startup parameters of the programs and I could not figure out how to restore AND use this program.

Installer

I suppose it has its uses. All my startup items will load regardless of how I time it out.

Can screw up the startup if uninstalled. Did not see any performance gained.

Startup Delayer is a simple tool to speed up Windows initial startup. The trick is to delay loading of some less important drivers/monitors etc. This way you can start working sooner.
