Microsoft Web Designed is an extremely powerful tool for developing web systems. I've used it to make helpdesks, galleries, and documentation related sites. It has it's occasional quirk, but it's countless features outweigh those hiccups hands down.
Easy to use when you have used visual studio
I am a .net guy and I love that i can dl this and install it at client sites without having to worry about license fees. if only it had a portable version.
its Express Edition is wonderful enough.
Enough power but sometimes it brakes and thinking long long about something.
