On Windows 7, when this does work with the source file, the image AND sound quality is better than with the VLC! Loving it, purely. I hope they would make BETTER MediaLibrary, since it is hard to navigate and go trough if you have lot of things in there. Mostly I use this for videos / movies. If doesnt work, then VLC. And for music, I go with Winamp & Spotify.
The default player for most of the file associations.
It's ok, but I just like Zoom player, or Media player classic so much better.
The fact that sound and executable stay in background on closing made me not want to use it at all... But it starts default a lot! :D
I don't really use it, but I don't dislike it. That said, I do find that WMP improves a little with every release.
WMP12 is just great compare to horrible WMP9.
Normal player but I like VLC
Fast and responsive. Use WMP 12 in Win 7. When combined with Windows 7 Codec Pack works ok. But sometimes when I have problems with picking right audio channel i use VLC.
I use WMP as my primary video player and only use VLC for .MKV files.
very good program. i love the way to manage my own libary and i prefer that program although most people say there are better players like winamp or whatsoever. -> my favourite player.
Best program for music, it recognice your music, corrects their infos and what's best shows info about the artis/album,shows album art and gives you link to the store where you can easily buy the album you are listening. This program is very weak when used on windows vista and windows 7 (trust me, i've tried them both) and it's very messy and hard to learn. Use in windows XP, thats my tip.
