I am Cute Password Manager's author, CPM is a freeware manage all your passwords and login all your favorites websites with just one click. If you have more than 5 web accounts and login web sites by manually everyday, you may give it a try!
That stupid privacy tool has never worked in IE. I guess I was just procrastinating, hoping they'd fix it. I told them about it last year.
I would hide that thing that used to be Horizon :P, I totally forgot myself until it poped up in my "new" section.
