I'm particularly happy with the "Cache Media Tool" accessible via the Tools menu. You should give it try. Next big thing I'm working on is spawning super-minimal browser windows (thinner than Chrome) out of Dolphin for uncluttered web app use (but with a lot of functionality still nearby). Some flamer came by and ragged on it in a review there but I personally guarantee to you that it's the best version of Dolphin3D so far. If you decide to upgrade you might want to visit http://www.dolphin3d.com/downloads and download the one-time upgrade instructions (necessitated by extensive Vista and Windows 7 security changes I made for v1.50).
