    <text>Nice mindmapper, probably not as much features as commercial one, but it's really good.

@lensovet: it's not part of Eclipse or built on it, I think it's a much older project than Eclipse, but built using Java, that's what they have in common

    <text>Gave it a try today, it seems worthless, didn't show differences between 2 files, only indicated that there is a difference and which of the files was newer. Only pro is the fact it's free (if you have Visual Studio that is)

I'd recommend WinMerge of TortoiseMerge, both show differences in a nice graphical way.</text>
