hi, i just came across your review of WS_FTP Pro where you said that you hate that it can only delete empty folders. actually there's an option under Advanced > Common > Allow deletion of non-empty folders -- make sure that's checked and you should then be able to delete folders on a whim! :)

BTW - you thought it was funnee about running water. Well, when I was a kid (really) we did NOT have running water (had a cistern/well), bathroom did not exist (we had outhouse - 2 seater though:-)), and our phone was a crank type.
