2008-11-05T02:36:01Z 19435 0 I have a Toshiba Laptop A Satelite A25-S6816, recently, although I have windows Live One Care installed, I have been getting a LOT of messages abot x program isn't working. The last one was CECmain.exe. I put that in my google search just to see if I could find out what it is. I can tell you that my personal view is that Vista, even with Service pack 1, SUCKS!!! That goes DOUBLE for Windows Live One Care. However, I've got it and I have been doing backups, but I have a feeling I'm right around the corner from having to completely reformat my hard drive. And that aggravates me NO END! What IS CECmain.exe? What is it supposed to be doing? Why isn't it working. Supposedly I HAVE no viruses, but since this is Windows Live One Care that is supposedly checking and protecting my computer, I think it is entirely possible that my computer is chocablock FULL of viruses and the junk Windows itself plants on my system.
