Front-end Developer

Hours: Full-time
Location: Amsterdam

For the development of a new product, Wakoopa is looking for a Front-end Developer that will help us to turn our data into insight products.

Started in 2007, Wakoopa is one of the original startups of Amsterdam. Over the years we have grown into a global provider of tools for research. Wakoopa meters online behavior on different platforms in a privacy conscious way. We are currently active in over twenty countries, across 5 continents, and have approximately 100,000 panelists active with our software on a daily basis.

This means we have a lot of data that can be used to build interesting products and we need your help to do this!

You will work in a young and enthusiastic team which loves good coffee, lunches together in our office, favors our Friday afternoon drinks and will kick your ass in a game of Mario Kart.

As a Front-end Developer in our team you will play a key role in bringing our data from the back-end to life in multiple interfaces. You will be working in a small team in our office in the centre of Amsterdam and you will be designing new products based on our data, available from all over the world.

We are looking for a developer with affinity for cool user interfaces, great user experience and the latest front-end technologies. Because of the small team you will be working in, you will be highly encouraged to bring forward your own ideas to the product design and work processes. We have a 'decide for yourself' culture with a lot of ownership and independence on the product you are working on.
