<text>This is simply the best file manager I've tried. I have the Pro version. The lite version is fine for normal users, but I find the advanced features indispensible since I work with a lot of files. I especially love the batch rename utility and the ability to bookmark folders I use the most.</text>

xplorer² is what windows explorer should have been. Unlike explorer, xplorer² allows you to browse more than one folder at a time, using tabs and dual panes. Sorting out and copying files becomes a breeze. You can navigate your shell namespace quickly using favorites, clickable paths (breadcrumbs), easy access to root folders, a tree and a bookmark pane etc. You can even save and restore folder groups whenever your workflow deems necessary.

xplorer² browsing model scales up well to large folders with thousands of files. It reads fast, offers visual filters and a variety of selection mechanisms that allow you to manage your files effectively.

PopUrls is a mashup of the web's most visited social news sites and portals that encapsulates headlines of its sources in near-realtime. Introduced in March 2006 by Thomas Marban the site created a new trend in so called Single Page Aggregators and serves as a case study for Web Syndication.

<text>This is a great app. It can play anything VLC can, but with a much nicer interface. Really nice for viewing videos in fullscreen.</text>

GOM Player (Gretech Online Movie Player) is a media player for Windows. One of its strengths is the ability to play most media files without the need to obtain a codec. By using patented algorithms, it can also play some broken files which other players can't. It's unique interface is simple, but yet rich on many options.
