I especially love its Java editor and refactoring capabilities, which are quite powerful. I simply can't live w/o my Ctrl+T/Ctrl+O/Ctrl+Shft+F/Ctrl+Shft+O shortcuts. The plugin development environment is also quite powerful as its based on OSGi. A bit problematic when it comes to developing Java web applications. And performance is a problem (especially with large projects, also need to keep refreshing projects or they get out sync very quickly).
