When using it again recently I got frustrated with the interface and after a quick search found Stellarium, which I think is *way* prettier, easier to use, and it's open source. I was resistant to installing yet-another-browser when Firefox was serving me well, but after trying it for a couple of days it became my default. Firefox's extensions make it clearly superior overall, but Chrome's memory manager and *separate processes* are something no extension I've seen has duplicated.
