Rubylearning.org is a Moodle site for learning Ruby-related stuff. Courses range from free to payed, but they ara all non-expensive (really!). Durng the course a student gets the material, solves the exercises and talks with the teachers and assistents about the subjets. Courses range from a few days to a few months.
Very useful!

Satish Talim, is an author, trainer, speaker and programmer and also the man behind RubyLearning. He has been teaching Ruby programming for the last four years and Java since 1995.
