72628 0 I don't know why people hated WMP. I mean it's a fully fledged player, capable of playing any media if it has the right codec. But what makes it better than other media players, such as VLC, iTunes, or Real player is it's awesome library system. Coupled with windows search, it's easy to manage your files in it, compared to other media players, say foobar. The fact that it lets you rip CDs in MP3, for FREE and also easy to use means that you don't have to bother looking for other apps to do the same thing. Highly recommend if you are too lazy to install other 3rd party software
