    <text>Excellant program that keeps running programs from using up all your CPU by temporarily lowering their priority so the computer doesnt freeze up. Has adjustable slider for sensitivity and you can set thresholds. Also, you can specify certain programs to ignore, or set a rule to raise/lower priority. A must have for those with ancient CPUs.</text>
