Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to publish updates (known as tweets) and read other users' updates (also known as tweets).

Twitter now offers 'lists' which allow you to group your followers and/or non-followers into different lists (public or private), so perhaps subjects include family, friends, co-workers, etc.

This is especially useful if you are following thousands of people, and want to see just a certain amount of peoples' tweets without unfollowing thousands of people, or constantly checking various profiles for new updates.

SWISH Max works similarly to Adobe Flash, in particular due its use of objects, vector graphics, keyframes and scripting. Its main advantage compared to Flash is its large number of automated effects and transitions, which make building certain Flash elements such as buttons, advanced transition effects and interactive Flash sites easier, and the fact of it being more lightweight as a program. However it lacks certain features as well as the general-purpose flexibility of the Adobe Flash suite, which it complements rather than substitutes. A major drawback is its inability to open or save .FLA files, which limits exchanges between the two programs to final .swf files, again emphasizing their complementary nature.

<text> As a novice to DJ software I decided my review would help those who were interested in Virtual DJ 5. I have been playing with it for about a month and overall I feel it will definitely fall short for any DJ for these reasons I state below.

I had read reviews about Virtual DJ crashing and running unstable. Testing this on Vista only, I had no issues or crashing so those claims are invalid, the software works. Anyway, I start with something simple, a song with a nice straight tempo, so I choose Dazz Band Whip it as my beat, I then try to sync a different random vocal track with a similar tempo so I choose some 2Pac, remember were testing here, my choices are based to test functionality. Using the auto-sync feature I was able to easily get 2Pac to sych his flow with the beat.

The unfortunate part to this story is that this auto sync feature/Smart Looping will work, provided the beats are straight and simple. Replace that beat with say, AC-DC’s Back in Black and you’ll see the flaws in the software. Whether it be for loops or other, a beat like AC-DC’s trick this program into cutting the loop at the wrong point/vocal flow doesn’t match the beat. Without these bare essential features working for all different types of beats, this programs usefulness is wearing thin, most insulting is the $300 price tag!!!!

On the bright side the music/vocal remover and tempo adjustment tools are the strongest points, I have also read that the video sync tools are great but didn’t get that far as the loop issue irritated me to uninstall this program. All this software is in essence is AtomixMP3 reskinned with Video editing feature for $200 more. Not being able to create easy loops drops this score of this software into the trash in my opinion because this is a basic part of DJing, generateing loops to drop lyrics and sound effects on. I hope to try the other products and can see why you have this blog.

The vital thing to grasp here is that I have used a lot of different products along the years and this site has introduced me to some new ones I’ll try soon. I would say “buyer beware” in this particular market as it seems there’s a lot of junk at high pricetags that won’t deliver the basic elements of what this software supposed to bring, an easy intuitive method of making the DJ experience more user friendly. I wish Virtual DJ the best, but my score has to be a 2-3 of 10 until they can get back to the drawing board with a product ready for prime time. </text>

Mozilla Firefox is a free and open source web browser descended from the Mozilla Application Suite, managed by the Mozilla Corporation. Firefox had 24.07% of the recorded usage share of web browsers as of October 2009, making it the second-most popular browser worldwide, after Internet Explorer, which is the factory default browser on all Windows computers.

In 5 months, Firefox has gathered steam and now owns more than 25% of usage share of web browsers closing the gap between it and IE.

To display web pages, Firefox uses the Gecko layout engine, which implements some current web standards plus a few features which are intended to anticipate likely additions to the standards.

Firefox includes tabbed browsing, a spell checker, incremental find, live bookmarking, a download manager, and an integrated search system that uses the user's desired search engine. Functions can be added through add-ons created by third-party developers, the most popular of which include Adblock Plus, Video DownloadHelper, NoScript, Personas, FlashGot, and Greasemonkey, along with many others.

Firefox runs on various versions of Microsoft Windows (version 3.5 supports Windows Vista and XP; although not officially supported as of November 2009, Firefox is compatible with Windows 7), Mac OS X (10.4 or later officially supported), most Linux distributions, and many other Unix-like operating systems.

Its current stable release branch is version 3.5, first released on June 30th, 2009. Firefox's source code is free software, released under a tri-license of GPL/LGPL/MPL.
