Bio:	WORK I am a digital communications planner. I've been doing this sort of thing for 15 years, so you'd think I'd know something by now. I work for Porter Novelli Worldwide on Porter's global business, co-ordinating digital strategy, training, and product development. I began my digital media career at AKQA, one of the UK’s most successful and longest running digital agencies. I set up the media-planning business, becoming one of the first people in the country to plan and buy online advertising campaigns for clients like Microsoft, Orange, BMW and BT. After that, I joined BMP interAction, the digital wing of DDB London in early 1998 as Commercial Manager. Joining the board in January 2000 as Head of Strategy, I became part of the management team that set up the network of DDB’s digital agencies: Tribal DDB Worldwide. I appeared in Campaign magazine's 30 under 30. I left Tribal in October 2001 to work first as a consultant, then going on to set up digital planning agency Ryan Morrison & MacMillan Ltd, working for clients that included the Discovery Channel, Sony, Buckingham Palace and Porter Novelli.
