    <text>Throw Terminal.app out the door. iTerm is the only program you should be using when requiring a CLI on OSX. It is fast, simple and has all the features that Terminal.app lacks and then some (tabs).</text>

    <text>The best web browser out there. It just makes it easy to view the web dynamicaly with the ability to move tabs between windows, built in ad blocker and visually appealing.</text>
