My answer is no, sorry.
No for two reasons :
First, I work for BMW
Second, this soft is use to open admin interface of the diag servers. So useless without the servers.
(and useless for me too, I prefer call the servers with their IPs)
Engage in research of new software is also useless unless you have enough money to pay you a computer able to run them...
