<text>This is a great program that I use alongside Lavasoft Adaware SE Personal. Having both of them means I never have troubles with excess spyware. With Spybot, I like how you can authorise registry changes.</text>

<text>The last time I used Adobe Acrobat Reader, it was about 40Mb. I found this on the 'net and it does exactly the same stuff, but only took about 2Mb space - it wasn't exactly hard to choose. I think the Adobe Reader has become even more bloated since then. Foxit is great - and doesn't even need an installer program.</text>

<text>It's a really useful program that I've been using for ages. I find it to be a great way of organising all sorts of notes, instead of e.g. having multiple .txt files in a folder and each file having only one or two lines. Another useful thing is how you can drag stuff around the page (or sub-page), copy and paste and also draw and insert pictures.</text>

<description>Microsoft Office OneNote, usually referred to as Microsoft OneNote, is a tool for notetaking, information gathering, and multi-user collaboration by Microsoft. While many earlier systems relied on linear text flow (simple lists), OneNote visualizes notes as a two-dimensional page. OneNote also adds modern features such as drawings, pictures, multimedia audio, video, and ink as well as multi-user sharing of notes. </description>

<text>This is a great program for video - it has so much support for so many different file types. I can also watch Quicktime videos without having Quicktime on my system. I can also watch Flash videos I've downloaded using Firefox. I like the playlist feature aswell. It's only 'ok' for playing audio, but to be honest, the main point of the program is playing video.</text>

<text>I've tried various IM clients over the years when I've been on Windows. I tried MSN Messenger briefly, but moved onto Trillian because of it being able to handle multiple types of IM. However, certain aspects of it started to annoy me after a while and everyone I'm in contact with uses MSN. I briefly tried Miranda, but didn't like it that much - I think it was something to do with the size of the app. I tried Windows Live Messenger and have stuck with it. Not too many adverts, does exactly what I want and there's even a scripting facility if I wanted to play with that. The 'Plus' package is useful too.</text>

<description>Windows Live Messenger, commonly referred to by the previous names of MSN Messenger or MSN for short, is an advertisement-supported instant messaging client for Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 and Windows Mobile, first released on July 22, 1999 by Microsoft. It is part of Microsoft's Windows Live set of online services.

WLM is now 'the' most popular instant messenger platform and offers updates on a quarterly basis. It is perhaps one of Microsofts forefronts of technology after their Windows OS.</description>
