Unlike Google Maps and Google Earth or other similar software, SAS.Planet caches the data that you view as tiles in your computer and allows viewing offline. It also allows inputs from various satelite imagery and maps repositorities and that is real neat. There is no English manual but it is not difficult to make your way through.
